We have developed this recipe without pectin. We were not able to achieve the same effect in mass production, so we decided to hand-make each jar. Contains 15g of hot peppers, apples, sugar and apple vinegar.

Hot pepper jam suitable for a vegan diet
We have developed this recipe without pectin. We were not able to achieve the same effect in mass production, so we decided to hand make each jar. We classify it as a sauce because of its consistency, but declare it as jam because of its 60 brixes. Try it. Yes, it’s hot and sweet and phenomenal.
